Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we personally meet all guests at the airport regardless of arrival time and then you can follow us in your hire car to the cottages... a 5 minute drive. This service is complimentary and helps ensure a smooth start to your Norfolk Island experience.
Can you accommodate additional guests?
Our cottages are designed for a maximum of two persons each. For groups larger than two, we can offer multiple cottages subject to availability.
Is Wi-Fi available at the cottages?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all cottages - unlimited Starlink access with 100+ Mbps download speed.
What is the best way to get around Norfolk Island?
A rental car is the most convenient way to explore Norfolk Island. We're happy to arrange a car for your arrival at competitive rates. The island also has limited taxi services, but no public transportation.
